Central yet quiet in Hannover Mitte

Nordfelder Reihe is a quiet residential street in the immediate vicinity of the center of Hanover. Green spaces such as the historic St. Nikolai cemetery, which now serves as a park, or the Klagesmarkt with its regular weekly markets can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. With the new senior care home, HBB is filling a long-standing gap in the otherwise closed development of the immediate neighborhood. In this way, the operator's maxim is maintained here too: "In the middle of life." The future residents will find a functioning environment whose good infrastructure allows them to participate in social life as independently as possible.

Highest standards in comfort and safety

The house has 119 rooms, of which over 80% are single rooms. All are equipped with their own barrier-free bathroom and modern security and emergency call systems. With room sizes between 18 m² and 37 m², the house is well above the guidelines of the minimum building regulations for residential homes. The house also has a large ballroom for events and its own garden. The project in the Nordfelder Reihe is the 30th senior care home that HBB is building. HBB is creating the conditions for around 80 new permanent jobs.
