The Techowpromenade senior care home in the Wittenau district is the sixth senior citizen project implemented by HBB in Berlin. The location impresses with its quiet residential area in a mature, middle-class district with plenty of greenery and old trees, as well as its proximity to the surrounding infrastructure. Reinickendorf Town Hall, shops and public transport connections are just a short walk away. Extensive parks right outside the door offer nature for relaxation.

High quality as standard

In close and constructive coordination with the district administration, the house has been given a modern and inviting exterior that references elements of the Bauhaus style. High-quality cladding and wooden panels on the top floor adorn the facade. A private, large garden is a matter of course at HBB's senior care homes. A private kitchen and laundry speak for the high quality of the operation and enable individual wishes to be met. The senior care home offers 170 residents a new home. The range of services covers all levels of care.
