KOMM Offenbach
KOMM Offenbach is an inner-city shopping center located directly in the pedestrian zone of Offenbach. The property, which has an area of approximately 15.700 m², is currently undergoing repositioning. The measures for the repositioning and restructuring within the property are intended to turn the shopping center into a mixed-use property.
Modern office space was created on the upper floors under the name “KOMM ON TOP”. There is also a fitness studio, an architectural office, a rehabilitation center, an Erasmus daycare center and various doctors.
