Forum Stein
The town of Stein is located in the Middle Franconian district of Fürth and borders the outskirts of Nuremberg to the southwest.
The “FORUM Stein” was opened on the former Krügel site in 2015 and has since offered a diverse mix of well-known chain stores as well as regional and owner-managed shops on approximately 18.900 m².
FORUM Stein has space for around 36 shops on two floors, including food, drugstore, service, fashion and catering. The anchor tenants include Rewe, Müller and Woolworth.
National tenants include Depot, Deichmann, Apollo Optik, and mister*lady Jeans. Other well-known brands and regional concepts complete the mix of businesses.
The special architectural design is reflected, among other things, in the light-flooded glass dome and the replica of the Krügel Villa.
This is reminiscent of the former Krügel area and offers visitors to FORUM Stein a special historical connection to the surroundings.
The center's customers have access to approximately 600 parking spaces where parking is free for 90 minutes.
The HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG was commissioned by the owner with the operational center management effective October 1, 2020.
