The city of Essen is located around 35 km north of Düsseldorf and is considered the heart of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region. The shopping center has a total rental area of ​​approx. 30.800m², spread over two levels, as well as two parking garages. It is accessed via two main entrances. Within the center there are two spacious, covered areas, each of which has central staircases leading up and down to the subway and the "Rathaus Essen" bus station, as well as to the parking garages. These two parking garages belonging to the center offer excellent accessibility for Essen's private transport. Approximately 1.000 car parking spaces are located directly beneath the center.
