Korschenbroich shopping center

shopping center with police station

The medium-sized town of Korschenbroich belongs to the Rhein-Kreis Neuss and is located in the triangle formed by Mönchengladbach, Krefeld and the state capital Düsseldorf. As a rural Lower Rhine town in a green setting, it is a popular place to live and is experiencing a steady influx of people. A direct S-Bahn connection to Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach means that both cities can be reached within a few minutes. The task for HBB at this location was not only to build a modern shopping center, but also to integrate a new police station on behalf of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Straightforward Lower Rhine

The modern, friendly buildings are located very close to the center of Korschenbroich. Their linear architecture with brick facades typical of the region blends harmoniously into the neighborhood. The main tenant is EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr from Moers, which operates a supermarket here. Aldi, a discount food retailer, and various other offers from drugstores to regional shops also attract Korschenbroich residents. The building, which also includes around 360 parking spaces, was opened in December 2004 after only twelve months of construction.
