New diversity instead of old parking lot

By winning a Europe-wide tender, HBB has been awarded the contract to build a specialist retail centre on the market square close to the city centre in Uelzen, Lower Saxony.

On a former parking lot, HBB has built a two-storey specialist retail centre, which houses a large Rewe centre, an Aldi, a dm as well as other specialist markets and shops from the retail, service and catering sectors. Of the total of approximately 674 parking spaces, around 374 are available to customers. The remaining 300 will be used as long-term parking spaces during business opening hours, giving all Uelzen residents the opportunity to park close to the city center.

The total investment volume, including tenant improvements, amounts to around 25 million euros. Around 100 new jobs have been created.
