The municipality of Seeretz is located just outside Lübeck and in the immediate vicinity of Bad Schwartau. It is only separated from both cities by the A1 and A226 motorways, which also provide ideal access to more distant destinations. A very large proportion of Seeretz's working population works in one of the two neighboring towns. To avoid a loss of purchasing power, the HBB was commissioned to build a local supply center at the entrance to Seeretz.

Everything for your daily needs

The center, which opened in November 2001, is directly connected to the A1. It combines the offerings of a full-range grocery store from the Sky chain with an Aldi discounter and other retail space as well as service providers such as a tanning salon on a total of around 3.500 m² of gross floor space. With typical clinker architecture and a steel and glass construction as a canopy, the modern center fits in with its surroundings. Its around 200 parking spaces ensure that the people of Seeret can conveniently do their daily supplies and weekly shopping in their own town.
