NordWestZentrum Frankfurt
HBB has taken over center management and leasing for the NordWestZentrum (NWZ for short) in Frankfurt.
The shopping center, which is located in the northwest of Frankfurt, is one of the busiest and largest in Germany. It houses 170 shops, restaurants and service providers. In total, the shopping center has around 94.500 m² of rental space. The anchor tenants include Primark, Media Markt, REWE Center, Decathlon, Zara, P&C West, Müller Drugstore, H&M and C&A. The NWZ has around 3.500 parking spaces, its own subway stop and a central bus station. The center also offers a wide range of urban services for the population in northwest Frankfurt, such as the TITUS-Thermen adventure swimming pool, SAALBAU event hall, a citizens' office and a basketball hall. The entire property also includes apartments, offices, a hotel, doctor's offices and a gas station. With a total area of almost 360.000 m², the NWZ is the meeting point for the population in the northwest of Frankfurt and the entire catchment area.
In collaboration between Josef Buchmann Immobilien and HBB, the tenant and industry mix is to be further developed and the property is to be adapted to changing market conditions.
