Seniorenpflegeheim Am Holstentor Lübeck
The Seven Towers in View
In the St. Lorenz district, HBB is building its second senior care home in the Hanseatic city. Between the train station and the Holstentor, above the city moat and opposite the old town, which is a World Heritage Site, the new building with a gross floor area of around 9.300 m² will be built on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. With a view of the striking and unmistakable Seven Towers, the senior care property will then offer 160 care places for its future residents. Clear shapes and plenty of daylight are the main features of the three-story building, which sets standards with its modern, cubic architecture. Large glass fronts with the main entrance on the south side and large windows on the east side facing the city ensure exciting views in and out.
Well integrated, well cared for
The operator's motto "In the middle of life" also applies to this house. The integration of senior citizens into the urban environment of St. Lorenz is the top priority. The rooms are larger than legal requirements and allow residents to design them individually. An in-house kitchen and laundry are provided for residents and staff, and the complex has a lovingly landscaped in-house garden with selected plants for relaxation.
The project, which created around 80 permanent new jobs, was opened in October 2017.
