Presence further expanded: With its 14th project in the capital, HBB now has a senior care home in the Friedrichsfelde district of Lichtenberg in its constantly growing portfolio. As one of the last district properties to be awarded directly to a private investor by the city's real estate fund, the approximately 7.700 m2 large area to the HBB.
