The rather small house, with 7.300 m² gross floor area and 142 care places, was built on a former storage area and garage yard. As with some other Berlin houses, the typical Wilhelminian style of Berlin has found its way into the architecture of the Baumschulenweg retirement home's exterior façade. High-quality materials and modern interior design - such as the stylish ballroom with parquet made of American red oak - create a stylish and comfortable living environment, which is rounded off by its own, lovingly landscaped garden. According to the MDK, the care services are also of a high standard (grade 1,0).
