Another senior care home has been built in Frankfurt. The Höchst district is known as a traditional industrial location. Located west of the city center of the Main metropolis, it has attractive corners to offer: In addition to the banks of the Main and the old city wall, for example, there is the Höchster Stadtpark, which attracts people as a local recreation area. The new senior care home has been built on Kurmainzer Strasse just 200 meters away from its extensive green and water areas - with a beautiful view of the greenery at the rear.
Significant improvement of the district
HBB has built the modern building with a gross floor area of around 9.400 m² on the site of the former Möbelcity Wesner department store. In doing so, we are contributing to the district development and upgrading of the area between the city park and the center of Höchst that the city wants. Modern, high-quality housing is also currently being built on another building site on the same site. There will also be a lot going on in the immediate vicinity of Höchst. The modern rooms now offer space for 173 people in need of care, in accordance with the highest safety standards.
