For the second time in the metropolis of Hamburg

The second senior care home in Hamburg, built by HBB, has been built in the Jenfeld district. The proximity to Öjendorfer Lake and its park guarantees relaxation and opportunities for activities in the countryside. The center of Jenfeld with its numerous shops is just a stone's throw away and Hamburg city center is easy to reach by public transport.

Modern house for the highest demands

The contemporary North German clinker architecture with bosses combined with high-quality local facing bricks gives the house a modern appearance that is at the same time rooted in the location. Behind it are 10.000 spacious rooms for 164 residents on around 188 m² gross floor area, which are equipped with the latest, senior-friendly facilities. The in-house gardens are unusually spacious and create a meeting and relaxation area. The dementia care area even has its own garden area. More than 80 jobs have been created in Hamburg through the new nursing home.
