Seniorenpflegeheim Hannover-List

Living in the Lower Saxony metropolis
The List nursing home for seniors opened in the lively capital of Lower Saxony in 2007. Located in the middle-class district of the same name, the home offers excellent living comfort in the immediate vicinity of the "Lister Meile" shopping street and the Eilenriede city forest. Hanover's city center is also easily accessible by public transport. Before construction work on the home with 182 nursing places began, the demolition of a former Philipp Holzmann AG building on the site had to be coordinated.
Part of the neighborhood
During the construction of this 10.000 m² gross floor area building, special attention was paid to historicizing architecture, which means that the List senior care home now fits perfectly into the Wilhelminian environment of the district. Terraces and a spacious, well-kept garden create additional quality of life for the residents. A separate dementia and persistent vegetative state department round off the portfolio of care services offered, which were rated very good overall by the MDK (grade 1,0).
