Wohnungsbauprojekt Wilhelms-Quartier

News housing project "Wilhelms-Quartier" in Berlin-Pankow

A new quarter in green Pankow

Development under the best auspices: The Wilhelms-Quartier in Berlin-Pankow is already HBB's third project in this northern district of the capital. Recognizing the district's great appeal, HBB has already completed two successful housing projects with the Brehme-Palais and the FriedrichsCarré. Now the Wilhelms-Quartier closes a gap in Damerowstrasse, which leads directly into the center of Pankow. The neighborhood is attractive, with some Wilhelminian-era buildings, avenue-like streets and old trees. The nearby palace park, the Pankow outdoor pool and a wide range of leisure and cultural activities also ensure a good quality of life. And thanks to good public transport connections, the vibrant metropolis is within easy reach.

Real diversity, from historic to modern

The Wilhelms Quarter offers a variety of housing options: north of the representative five-storey building with a spacious penthouse on Damerowstrasse, two elegant four- and five-storey houses (each with a penthouse) and six townhouses are being built inside. While the latter are designed in a modern architectural style, a historicist style was chosen for the other residential buildings that blends harmoniously into the neighborhood. Elegantly classic in light plaster colors, they are characterized by cornices and a rusticated structure on the ground floor. The buildings in the inner courtyard are accessed via a passageway, and a shared underground car park for all units offers 49 parking spaces. This means that the inner courtyard remains a car-free, green and quiet oasis - for all residents of this small neighborhood in the middle of Pankow.

The HBB capital office is responsible for the sales of the houses in the Wilhelms-Quartier.
