Züblin confirms completion date for Forum Schwanthalerhöhe

In the presence of board member Harald Supper, the management of the Southern branch confirmed the completion date announced at the beginning of the week by the end of May by presenting a concrete processing plan. Züblin then realised that the construction site needed to be staffed more and managed differently in order to resolve the various safety deficiencies and other remaining work in a timely manner. "We will do everything in our power to ensure the opening planned for the beginning of June," said board member Harald Supper. "We very much regret the postponement and do not want to disappoint everyone involved again."

After presenting the schedule and involving the board in the completion process, HBB went through the possible options for an opening internally and has now set the new opening date for the Forum Schwanthalerhöhe for June 6. "The discussions with the board were good, so we now trust that Züblin will complete the property as announced. We are now looking forward to the opening and have informed our tenants accordingly," says Harald Ortner, Managing Director of HBB.
