Züblin confirms completion date for the “Forum Schwanthalerhöhe”
In the presence of the Board Member, Harald Supper, the Directors of the Southern Subsidiary confirmed by submitting firm implementation plans, which at the start of the week informed of intended completion by the end of May. Züblin then recognised that the building site was increasing its staff numbers and needed new leadership, so that the various safety defects, as well as the remaining tasks, could be completed on time. “We shall do everything in our power to ensure that the opening planned for the start of June occurs”, according to Harald Supper. “We very much regret the postponement and do not wish to disappoint all those involved again”.
After submission of the schedules and involvement of the Board in the completion process, HBB internally ran through the options open for the opening and then set the new inauguration date for the “Forum Schwanthalerhöhe” for 6 June. “Talks with the Board went well, so that we can be confident that Züblin will complete the property as stated. So we look forward to the opening and have informed our tenants accordingly”, says Harald Ortner, HBB’s Managing Director.
