HBB celebrates the laying of the foundation stone for ”Viktoria Karree” in Bochum
Hamburg/Bochum, 26/06/2020: The foundation stone for Viktoria Karree Bochum was laid in the business quarter. The 160 million Euro project is being built on the site of the former Courts building in “Viktoriastraße” in the centre of the city. The HBB from Hamburg is constructing an open business centre with three multi-storey shells and 38,000m2 of rental space, in addition to an underground garage with more than 500 parking bays. This project forms part of the inner city initiative for Bochum City.

Code of Conduct for the Retail and Retailing Property sector
HBB observes the main requirements of the “Code of Conduct”, the prominent representative of the Retailing and Retail Property Industry, moderated by the German Council of Shopping Places having formulated the overall guidelines for collaboration during the Corona Crisis.

Starting signal for the new “Viktoria Karree” shopping centre in Bochum
Shortly after the Court Officials have moved out of “Viktoriastraße” in Bochum, the diggers for the development of a new business quarter can start moving in. Bochum’s City Council made the decisive moves for this during its session of 26 April.
